Who we are

The members of our team are well regarded and highly qualified professionals.  Both Adrian and Jean-Marie have for many years gathered accomplishments and built experience in the field of volleyball, and - in many ways - they complement each other.  We wanted to bring together their collective experience and skills around the banner LGSM. Our main objective is to improve the business side of our favorite sport - Volleyball.

For many years, Adrian was a member of the Romanian national volleyball team.  He was a professional player in his native country, as well as in his adopted country of France. He is currently a "freelance" recruiter for several French teams. He has a wide network of contacts in Europe. He brings extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the procedures for international transfer and recruitment. In addition, his skills bring transparency to LGSM. Overall, Adrian is now ideally placed to use his international knowledge and skills to provide the best possible services for our clients. His own sporting background gives him a unique insight into the needs and desires of our clients, allowing him to secure the perfect contracts for them at the right time in their careers.

Jean-Marie has extensive professional experience in the Luxembourg financial community.  He is also well acquainted with all procedures involved in labor contracts, which will be of great value when negotiating the terms of your contracts.  Jean-Marie has a long established reputation in his profession and in volleyball community as dependable, loyal and trustworthy. He manages the administrative side of the company but his active participation in the field of volleyball and his extensive travels with volleyball teams for the European Cup games and tournaments have given him the opportunity to build a far-reaching network of contacts in many countries. He speaks French and English; he can be reached by phone at +352 621 356824 fax at +352 507618 or e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
